Hi Elaine,

Thanks for visiting and for your good wishes.

Interesting book list! My brother has written a musical adaptation of A Room with a View and I have played Cecil a couple of times in workshop productions. It is a great show that hopefully will get a full production someday soon. It's a lovely story.

Have a great weekend,
Chris

I'd like to check that out when it's ready to come to a theater here.

Wow, Elaine,
That's quite a list.

Mine is short right now: Until I Find You by John Irving, and The Night Watch by Sarah Waters.

Take care,
AM

Books....uh, I read Runaway Ralph when I was a kid. LOL! I don't get much time to read. Or should I say I don't MAKE much time to read. I have a ton of books though that have been waiting to be read by me for years!

Hi Elaine!
Oh I'm so glad you're enjoying the pics. Much more coming, so stay tuned!
Great book list!
I'm always looking for good reads/suggestions. ginab has great lists too!
I'm going to NYC in June and there's this amazing second hand bookstore there - I forget the name...anyway, thanks for your ideas. I'll add them to my ever growing list.
I'm reading Memoirs of a Geisha. I read really slowly...I think I may have ADD! (I have a hard time keeping my mind from wandering when I read. I hate that).
That's very cool about chris and his brother's musical. I love Room with a View (and all the Merchant/Ivory films).

Hi Elaine!

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I appreciate your comments.

Your book list is an interesting lot. I think I would be interested in the Norse Myths. The book I have on my nightstand now is "Breakfast of Champions" by Kurt Vonnegut. I read it when it came out in the early 70's. I just finished "Welcome to the Monkey House" also by Vonnegut which is a collections of his short stories.

Happy reading!
Zoe
